Welcome to ABC’s Ministries Christian Counseling & Life Coaching! Whether a person is in search of healing from past issues through counseling or wants coaching to give him or her a boost in establishing goals to move ahead towards the future, I look forward to learning and growing with each individual.
Throughout the practice of ABC’s Ministries Christian Counseling & Life Coaching I hope to reflect and teach biblical principles to assist clients in moving ahead with their lives. Spiritual disciplines will be incorporated as much as possible as led by the Holy Spirit, including prayer for and with each client, sharing applicable Scriptures, and encouraging clients to pray and study Scriptures independent of each counseling or life coaching session.
My areas of specialization are disordered eating, health & wellness, and issues of abuse. Additionally, clients will want to know I adhere to a holistic wellness model of counseling and life coaching. This means I believe body, mind, and spirit are interrelated. How a person treats one aspect of our nature affects other areas. Thus, I will encourage clients toward wellness in every aspect.
